The ideal candidate should possess the following work skills: logo, packaging, catalogue designing, brochures, printing, and photo shoots of food products. Key skills required for this role include the ability to create designs in Coral Draw, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. As a Graphic Designer, your key responsibilities will involve designing and developing a wide range of creative assets such as posters, labels, brochures, digital social media content, web banners, email templates, and other marketing materials. You will be expected to create original illustrations that enhance and complement the overall design and message of our marketing materials. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives in order to create impactful designs. Maintaining brand consistency across all creative materials by adhering to brand guidelines and standards is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to generate fresh concepts and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches. Working closely with copywriters, photographers, and other designers to ensure the highest quality of work is another important aspect of this role. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and software to continually improve design skills and the quality of work produced is expected. Participation in brainstorming sessions and contribution of creative ideas to enhance overall marketing strategies are also part of the job requirements. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects is necessary. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software is essential. A strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques is required. Excellent illustration skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics are highly valued. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members are also important qualities for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines is crucial. Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is considered a plus. Preferred skills for this position include experience in branding and creating visual identities, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
