Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects including branding, campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, and presentations.
  
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and creative standards.
  
• Conceptualize and produce visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for multi-channel use.
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
  
• Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring creativity and quality across all deliverables.
  
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (including AI-based design tools).
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  
• 5–7 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding expertise, and cross-platform design.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL•E, Runway) preferred.
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
