Senior Graphic Designer

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts and developing design ideas based on project goals, client briefs, or brand identity. You will design graphics and layouts for a variety of purposes including logos, brochures, social media, websites, packaging, and advertising. Working closely with marketing, product, or development teams, you will ensure that the design aligns with the overall goals of the project. Your role will involve making edits and iterations based on feedback from clients or managers, maintaining consistency in design by using brand colors, fonts, and tone of voice, and delivering high-quality, print-ready, or web-optimized files in formats such as PDF, PNG, and SVG. It is essential to stay updated with design trends, analyze competitors" designs, and master tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, among others. You will be expected to present design ideas to clients or stakeholders in a realistic manner and ensure that the final design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly and effective. Collaboration with teams, revising and improving designs, following brand guidelines, preparing print and digital files, conducting market research, and efficiently using design software are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, creating mockups and prototypes, balancing creativity with functionality, and working full-time in a permanent position are part of the job requirements.
