Senior Graphic Designer

Letsshave, a fast-growing grooming and personal care brand, is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing/Creative team. With 4-5 years of professional experience, you will play a key role in leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency across all mediums. Your responsibilities will include creating visually engaging product packaging designs, designing for digital platforms and print media, developing advertising creatives, and upholding brand identity. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to design strategy. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 4-5 years of design experience, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of UI/UX principles. Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. Preferred attributes include self-drive, passion for design excellence, understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals, and experience with photoshoots and brand storytelling.
