Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and attractive

  packaging designs

  for FMCG products aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create

  label designs, box packaging, pouches, tubs, wrappers

  , and other product-related artwork.
• Collaborate with the marketing, and procurement teams to understand product requirements.
  
• Work closely with printing vendors to ensure

  print accuracy

  , color consistency, and material suitability.
• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, in-store branding, display units, posters, flyers, and digital creatives.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  
• Understand consumer trends and incorporate them into design solutions.
  
• Adapt packaging designs for various SKUs and formats.
  
• Deliver artwork files in required formats and ensure timely project completion.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in

  FMCG packaging design

  (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  
• Knowledge of

  print production

  , color theory, dielines, packaging materials, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, colour balance, and visual hierarchy.
  
• Ability to translate marketing insights into visually compelling design concepts.
  
• Strong creativity with attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  
• 6–8 years of professional experience in FMCG packaging & brand design.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with food or beverage brands.
  
• Understanding of consumer psychology in retail packaging.
  
• Experience with 3D mockups or visualization tools (optional but preferred).
