Senior Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer in our team, your role will involve creating visually appealing content for various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing high-conversion thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms. - Creating static and animated social media creatives with a minimalist look and feel. - Designing website banners and promotional graphics in alignment with brand guidelines. - Working collaboratively with leadership to understand creative briefs and deliver impactful visuals. - Ensuring consistency across all platforms while experimenting with fresh, clean design ideas. - Staying up to date with trends in minimalism, layout, color theory, and typography. - Managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines. - Using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or other relevant software. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design. - A strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design across various formats (social media, web, thumbnails). - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma or Canva is a plus. - Deep understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and maintaining brand consistency. - Ability to take feedback constructively and implement changes quickly. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Bonus: Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar tools).
