As a Senior Global Visa Consultant at Arooha Travel & Tourism, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient visa processing for individual and corporate clients while maintaining compliance with the latest immigration laws and policies of multiple countries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end visa application processes for various global destinations. - Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation, fees, and processing timelines. - Ensure strict adherence to immigration rules and regulations across countries. - Liaise and maintain professional relationships with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers. - Address and resolve client queries, including complex visa issues or rejections, with effective solutions. - Maintain accurate and confidential records of all visa-related transactions. - Keep updated on changing immigration policies, travel advisories, and new requirements. - Generate individual sales by upselling travel services and visa-related products to clients. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in global visa services, immigration consulting, or related fields. - In-depth understanding of visa rules, policies, and processing procedures for major international destinations. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple visa files simultaneously. - Proficiency in visa management software and standard office applications. - Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is preferred. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.,
