Job Title: Senior Generative AIEngineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AIEngineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions usingMicrosoft Azure and cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. You will be at theforefront of building intelligent, cloud-native applications leveraging LargeLanguage Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, OCR,and agent-based frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable Generative AI solutions using Azure AI services.

Develop and integrate RAG pipelines, OCR models, and agent-based architectures into enterprise applications.

Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure Document Intelligence for various AI-driven use cases.

Utilize GenAI frameworks and tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel for solution design and rapid prototyping.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI capabilities.

Ensure performance optimization, model monitoring, and governance of deployed AI systems.

Stay updated with the latest in GenAI and Azure AI advancements and recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

712 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Generative AI.

Proficiency with Azure AI stack including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML Studio, Cognitive Search, and Document Intelligence.

Practical experience with LLMs and RAG architectures in enterprise contexts.

Expertise in using GenAI tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
