Senior Generative AI Engineer (Core FastAPI Development)

As a Generative AI Engineer with expertise in FastAPI development, your role will involve designing, building, and deploying robust backend systems to power next-generation AI applications. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-performing AI-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI. - Develop and expose RESTful APIs for AI-powered services ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. - Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and embedding techniques to enhance AI model performance. - Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and deploy AI solutions aligned with business goals. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous model integration, testing, and deployment. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend and AI systems for performance and scalability. - Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and backend technologies. - Document APIs, workflows, and architectures for team knowledge sharing. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and FastAPI. - Proven experience deploying Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs) in production. - Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. - Hands-on experience integrating AI models with RESTful APIs and managing secure API authentication. - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,
