Senior garment technician

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in pattern making, fitting, and garment construction. Strong skills in quality control processes, effective communication with designers and manufacturers, and proficiency in technical documentation are crucial. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior staff are also required.
