The Senior Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in executing ICERTIS product implementations for our enterprise clients. With a focus on contract management and supply chain applications, you will collaborate closely with our business and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your industry exposure and certification will be key assets in this role, contributing to our product roadmap and internal consulting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive ICERTIS product implementations, ensuring adherence to methodology and agreed scope, schedule, and effort.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to conceptualize and design effective solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, functional design, and system configuration across multiple engagements.
- Own system deployment activities, working closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support teams.
- Contribute to the Professional Services group's consulting capability building.
- Provide active feedback to shape the ICERTIS product roadmap, drawing from customer insights and implementation experience.
- Foster strong relationships with client counterparts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of relevant experience, with a focus on enterprise application implementations.
- Proficiency in the ICERTIS platform (ICI) and SAAS solutions implementation.
- Industry exposure to global markets, with a strong understanding of contract management and supply chain processes.
- ICIP or ICIFP certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in implementing Contract Management or Supply Chain applications is preferred.
- Engineering degree from a reputed institute, with an MBA in a related field being an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
