We are looking for a skilled Fullstack developer who is proficient in ReactJS and NodeJS, to join our development team. You will be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery, facilitate requirement analysis, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in JavaScript technologies. Should also have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills. You will be working in a fast paced environment which needs great technical as well as communication and documentation skills. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. Responsibilities Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code by taking end-to-end ownership of development Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including the analysis, design, test, and integration of products Reviewing application requirements and interface designs. Identifying web-based user interactions. Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts. Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests Mentoring peers and junior developers Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes. Monitoring and improving performance. Ability to work in an Agile /SCRUM environment Strong team player Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience as a developer Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a ReactJS developer Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a NodeJS developer ( additional advantage )
