Senior Fullstack Developer (React + Node.js)

You are a Senior Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fullstack development. You have a solid proficiency in React.js with Redux/Context, Hooks, and modern frontend workflows, along with expertise in backend development using Node.js, Express, and REST APIs. You are experienced in managing AWS services and cloud infrastructure, and have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker. Your role involves developing and managing fullstack applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. You are responsible for architecting systems, scalable APIs, and backend services using Express or similar frameworks. You design and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) and handle deployments on AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Circle CI. You collaborate closely with product, design, and DevOps teams, ensuring performance, security, and observability across your code. You participate in code reviews, grooming, and agile ceremonies, guiding the tech team for all implementation and support. In addition to your technical skills, you possess a startup mindset fast, flexible, and self-driven. You have excellent communication skills and foster collaboration within the team. You keep track of technology trends and leverage the best practices to enhance the development process. Nice-to-have skills for this role include experience with GraphQL, familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda), knowledge of microservices architecture, and observability tools. Exposure to automated testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress would be an added advantage. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore with 5 days of work from the office.
