Senior Full Stack (Python and React) Engineer

to join our team full-time in India.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack (Python and React) Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (preferably with Django or Flask)
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js
Integrate frontend and backend components to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack
Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) for backend development
Solid experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong grasp of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desirable

Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, etc.)
Understanding of security best practices for web applications
