Senior Full Stack Engineer - Java

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review of requirements and/or systems analysis documents for completeness
• Creation/involvement in documented designs following agreed to design patterns and standards
• Perform Coding and unit testing independently and assist/mentor his team members whenever required
• Adherence to coding standards
• Communicate effectively with other engineers/ QE and onshore team
• Support the QE team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, clarifications
• Fully encourage and facilitate high quality code through of support QE team efforts including but not limited to mentoring, assistance, and writing/executing automation tests as needed
• Working with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activities
• Adhere to proper use of source control
• Ensure delivery of technical artifacts for each project
• Mentoring developers on technology and application knowledge as needed
• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 6+ years of experience on Java API development
• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with Solid proficiency in Java, SpringBoot or other backend programming languages
• 3+ years of experience with Experience with frontend development frameworks (e.g., Node JS, Angular/React) and modern web technologies
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
• 2+ years of experience with Node JS
• Hands-on with SQL queries and PostGres experience
• Hands-on with any of the IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse/VSCode etc.)
• Hands-on with Rest based web services
• Hands-on with Angular
• Experience on Camunda BPM and DMN
• Experience in Web services- Restful
• Experience in using Junit/Spock
• Experience of working in a global environment
• Experience on Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea and JBoss
• Experience working in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments
• Testing experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy
• Solid Java programming (JDK1.8) experience
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Engineering, CI/CD, Microservice background, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools (e.g., Terraform)
• Knowledge of Test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Postgres DB profiling/performance tuning
• Sound knowledge of SDLC processes
• Good working knowledge in SPRING Framework
• Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts
• Very good in development of applications using Spring Core, Spring JDBC, Rest Web services & MySQL DB
• Proven excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Proven good communication and presentation skills
• Proven good attitude and self-motivated
