Job Description

Were seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our healthcare platform. Youll work with our Tech Lead and US-based engineering team to develop high-quality features, ensure code quality, and contribute to technical decisions while building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

Develop high-quality, maintainable code using Next.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript

Build and maintain features across the full stack - frontend and backend

Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

Design and optimize database schemas and queries for MongoDB and PostgreSQL

Write clean, testable code following best practices and coding standards

Debug and resolve technical issues in development and production environments

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Optimize application performance and database queries

Technical Collaboration

Collaborate with Tech Lead on technical design and implementation approaches

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute technical ideas

Work with Technical PM to break down user stories and provide estimates

Implement security best practices and handle sensitive healthcare data securely

Write and maintain technical documentation

Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Collaborate with US engineering team during overlapping hours

Quality & Best Practices

Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests

Follow established coding standards and design patterns

Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements

Contribute to technical debt reduction

Stay up with latest technologies and best practices

Share knowledge with team members through code reviews and pair programming

Required Qualifications

6+ years hands-on full stack development experience

Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency

- ES6+, async patterns

Production experience with Node.js/Nest.js

- building RESTful APIs, microservices

Solid Next.js/React skills

- SSR, components, hooks, state management

Database experience

- MongoDB and PostgreSQL (queries, schema design, optimization)

Git proficiency

- branching, merging, pull requests

API design and integration

- RESTful principles, authentication (JWT, OAuth)

Cloud platform exposure

- AWS/Azure/GCP basics

Testing

- Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks

Vercel platform experience

- deployments, preview environments, serverless functions

Docker and CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus

Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Good English communication skills

Comfortable collaborating with US team during their business hours.
