Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js and solid experience in Node.js. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-performance web applications. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and delivering top-tier solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

Design and develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.

Implement UI components with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Optimize front-end performance and ensure fast load times for the best user experience.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.

Backend Development:

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.

Ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend, working with RESTful APIs.

Implement server-side logic, database interactions, and other backend services.

Optimize applications for maximum scalability, performance, and security.

Collaboration & Code Quality:

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and maintaining high code quality standards.

Work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver robust and user-friendly applications.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the entire stack.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.

Suggest and implement improvements to the development process, tools, and technologies used by the team.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills and

Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, with a deep understanding of state management, hooks, and component-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Solid experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture in Node.js.
