Job Summary

As a Sr. MERN Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying complex web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using the

  MERN stack

• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement reusable, testable, and efficient code following industry standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine user experience and ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize application performance (front-end and back-end).
• Participate actively in Agile processes (scrum planning, sprints, retrospectives).
• Conduct

  code reviews

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

  , and modern front-end development practices.
• Expertise in building and consuming

  RESTful APIs

  and working with JSON.
• Strong understanding of

  state management libraries

  (Redux, Context API).
• Experience in

  database design, indexing, and optimization

  (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean) and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with version control (

  Git

  ) and package managers (

  npm/yarn

  ).
• Experience with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodology.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BE/B.Tech, BSc., BCA, MSc., MCA).

• 3–5 years

  of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN).
