Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement front-end and back-end web applications - Program, debug, and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Deliver scalable HR software solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years experience in Java technologies - Experience in designing and developing application backend using frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, Linux, JSON, XML, OAuth etc - Proficiency in frontend technologies like CSS, HTML, and Javascript; React experience is mandatory - Experience with MySQL database systems and writing MySQL queries - Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and API development using Java, Spring, Spring Boot,
