Senior Full Stack Developer

As an Associate Architect at Polyglot Technologies, you will play a crucial role in providing architectural leadership and technical direction across multiple teams and projects. Your responsibilities will include designing micro services-based, cloud-native, and enterprise-scale architectures that are robust, secure, and maintainable. You will guide teams in troubleshooting complex technical challenges, promote innovation and adoption of new technologies, and lead architecture reviews and performance assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Provide architectural leadership and technical direction across multiple teams and projects. - Design micro services-based, cloud-native, and enterprise-scale architectures. - Be technology agnostic and select the right tools and frameworks for each solution. - Guide teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges. - Partner with product and delivery teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Lead architecture reviews, performance assessments, and technical governance initiatives. - Mentor senior engineers and technical leads across projects. - Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technology Head, and cross-functional teams. - Participate in architectural discussions with customers and align business requirements with the latest design principles and technologies. Required Technical Skills: Core Expertise: - Proficiency in at least two technologies from Backend (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python), Frontend (Angular, React, Vue.js, Nest.js), Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL), and Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, GCP). Additional Expectations: - Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise development practices. - Problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability. - Experience with commonly used frameworks, libraries, and tools. - Exposure to AI/ML concepts and automation tools for the entire Development life cycle. - Practical experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring tools. - Ability to lead small teams and deliver multiple concurrent projects. - Design and optimize for high performance, scalability, and resilience. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and team leadership skills. - Ability to balance hands-on coding with mentoring and strategic technical decision-making. - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach. - Ownership mindset and ability to deliver under minimal supervision.
