Job Title: Full Stack Developer (UI/UX Expertise) - 6-10 Years Experience Location : Chennai Employment Type : Full-time Department : Data and BI About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who is equally skilled in front-end/back-end development and UI/UX design. This role requires a unique blend of technical and creative abilities to build highly functional and visually compelling applications that deliver outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications. Lead UI/UX design efforts, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs aligned with business and user needs. Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Develop reusable components and maintain design consistency across applications. Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in both development and design. Must-Have Skills Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript . Expertise in front-end frameworks : React and Angular. Solid experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong understanding of design principles , accessibility standards , and responsive design . Back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET Core . Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL . Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Familiarity with version control (Git) , CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience designing design systems or component libraries . Expertise in front-end frameworks : Vue.js. Familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to user research and A/B testing practices. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform). Experience with automated testing frameworks and cross-platform compatibility. Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Design, or related field. 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and UI/UX design. A portfolio showcasing relevant design and development projects is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
