Senior Full-Stack Developer - AI Powered Platform

You will be leading the design and architecture of scalable features, building and maintaining responsive UIs, owning end-to-end backend development, designing and implementing AI workflows, optimizing data pipelines, working across environments, writing clean and testable code, and collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to convert ideas into production-level experiences. - Lead the design and architecture of scalable features, both high-level system architecture and low-level component design - Build and maintain responsive, high-performing UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Flutter - Own end-to-end backend development using Node.js, Express, NestJS, Python, MongoDB, and WebSockets - Design and implement AI workflows such as LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs, and fine-tuning LLMs - Optimize data pipelines by performing data cleaning, preparation, and transformation for AI models and decision systems - Work across environments AWS, GCP, leveraging Docker, Redis, and scalable infrastructure tools - Write clean, testable code and mentor junior engineers in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns - Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to convert ideas into production-level experiences - Degree from IIT or other Tier 1 Engineering Institutes with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science, AI, or related fields - 5+ years of full-stack development experience in scalable platforms or products - Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, with a problem-solving mindset - Hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter (iOS/Android) - Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, and MongoDB - Deep understanding of WebSockets, REST APIs, and scalable microservices - Proven experience in AI/ML projects including LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architecture, vector databases, and fine-tuning LLMs - Proficiency in data cleaning, feature engineering, and designing algorithms for complex AI systems - Experience working across cloud infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Redis, and GCP - A strong eye for quality, performance, and clean code, with a habit of writing testable, maintainable code DG Globalist is the world's first cross-border business mobility ecosystem, aimed at empowering founders and ventures ready to scale beyond their home markets.
