Job Role:

Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and product teams, to design and implement core features
  
• Develop responsive UIs and robust APIs using modern full-stack technologies
  
• Leverage cloud-native components and microservices architecture for scalable, resilient application development
  
• Ensure security and compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
  
• Optimize performance and reliability of applications
  
• Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) databases
  
• Follow best practices in clean code, testing, and DevOps processes
  
• Stay current with trends in healthcare tech and full-stack development
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7-11 years of full-stack development experience
  
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks:

  React.js, or Vue.js

• Backend experience in

  Java, Node.js, Python, or GoLang

• Hands-on experience with

  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  platforms
• Solid knowledge of

  microservices and REST API development

• Strong understanding of

  healthcare applications

  , workflows, and standards
• Experience working with

  both SQL and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with

  DevOps tools

  , CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience building or maintaining

  EHR/EMR platforms, patient portals, or claims management systems

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations like

  HIPAA

  FHIR/HL7

• Exposure to security and compliance protocols in healthcare applications
