Senior Frontend Engineer (ReactJS)

You are a Senior Frontend Engineer joining SiftHub's team in Mumbai to contribute to building high-performance, user-friendly applications that revolutionize enterprise sales and solution workflows. SiftHub is dedicated to enabling sales and pre-sales teams to close deals efficiently using AI, by centralizing enterprise content from various tools. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in frontend development, including ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS/SCSS, along with familiarity with Redux, Flux, and modern JS libraries. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining scalable frontend code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, managing CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior developers. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, have 6+ years of frontend development experience, and a strong understanding of UI principles and frontend architecture. Experience with performance optimization, browser APIs, building browser extensions, and CI/CD setup for frontend is essential. You will work from the office in Kalina, Mumbai, from Monday to Friday. The interview process includes a telephonic screening with HR and 3 in-office technical rounds.
