Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer. In this role, you will architect and develop user interface components using React.js and related frameworks, drive best practices, integrate new technologiesespecially AI-based solutionsand collaborate closely with backend teams. A solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js is essential for effective end-to-end solutioning and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor the frontend development team; manage recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, interface designs, and project objectives.
• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance user interface components with React.js.
• Work closely with backend engineers and possess a strong understanding of backend APIs, services, and technologies, especially Node.js.
• Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize frontend performance across platforms.
• Proactively explore, evaluate, and integrate new technologies, including AI-based solutions, to improve UI/UX and team productivity.
• Guide adoption of best practices, code standards, and documentation.
• Support implementation of no-code/low-code platforms as appropriate.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js; Next.js preferred.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern frontend tools.
• Experience with Redux, Webpack, and browser-based debugging/performance testing.
• Familiarity with Node.js (or similar backend technologies) and understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring teams and driving technical innovation.
• Strong interest and hands-on exposure to emerging tech, especially AI applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA from reputed institutions preferred.

Additional Skills:

Willingness to research and adopt new technologies (especially AI and backend platforms like Node.js).
