Senior Frontend Developer (React.Js)

The primary goal of this role is to evaluate business requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications for developing the system/platform. As a part of this position, you will be responsible for coaching and may also have supervisory duties. Your responsibilities will include using your technical expertise to analyze business requirements and create both system and technical requirements. Working closely with developers, you will provide high-level direction on the system's performance, ensuring that specifics are translated into software systems requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying any problems or gaps in requirements and facilitating functional issue resolution during the software application's testing phase. The role also involves programming tasks. Your duties will involve creating the application front end based on design comps and information architecture, integrating the front-end application with the application business layer, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility. You will collaborate with design and technical staff to gather feedback on website development needs, execute accessibility and progressive enhancement presentation, follow established coding standards and group procedures, and conduct usability testing to address interface issues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring design consistency with clients" development standards and guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience as a Front-end developer with a comprehensive understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment. You should possess knowledge of layout aesthetics and applied experience of UI development principles. In terms of technical and functional skills, you should have hands-on experience with Reactjs and Typescript, as well as proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Familiarity with writing Unit tests, experience in component-based development, state management using redux or similar frameworks, and a high-level understanding of SPA frameworks like React JS or Angular JS are also essential. Additionally, you should have an understanding of build tools like webpack and babel. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a B Tech/M Tech degree in Computer Science.,
