Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to implement and integrate frontend solutions. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-architected code by following best practices and coding standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a smooth user experience. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Take ownership of feature development from conception to deployment. Implement responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the overall growth of the technology team. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development. Proven expertise in React.js and a strong understanding of its core principles. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
