Senior Front-End Web Experience UI Developer

As a highly skilled and creative Front-End Web Experience UI Developer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and cutting-edge UI technologies, your role will involve building immersive, fluid, real-time, and responsive web applications. You will be responsible for creating dynamic, collaborative, and intelligent user experiences through various modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-performance, responsive, and dynamic web applications using React.js and Next.js. - Design and implement advanced React patterns using custom hooks, memoization, and context composition. - Customize and extend existing component libraries and frameworks to cater to variations in styling, views, and behavior. - Build new components in React.js and Next.js, following best practices in component development and reuse. - Manage application state effectively using Redux and Context API for scalability and maintainability. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces. - Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews. - Build highly composable, modular, and flexible user interfaces to enable multiple interactions and functions within the same experience. - Create conversational UI interfaces supporting real-time chat-based interactions and AI-driven conversations. - Integrate rich media content like images, video, and audio to enhance user engagement. - Design for multi-modal interaction allowing users to interact via voice, text, and other visual inputs. - Implement multi-user interfaces supporting concurrent interactions and shared state management. - Develop real-time collaboration features using WebSockets for multi-user editing and synchronized state updates. - Implement localization and internationalization best practices including RTL support and culturally adaptive UI elements. - Leverage generative UI to enable dynamic user interfaces. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web experience development. - Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and JSX. - Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Redux, Context API, and React Hooks. - Experience with WebSockets, asynchronous communication, and conversational UIs. - Strong understanding of multi-pane UI interfaces, canvas-based UIs, and multi-modal UI design. - Familiarity with various UI libraries and frameworks such as Styled Components, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, etc. - Knowledge of responsive design, flexbox, CSS Grid, and media queries. - Experience with localization, internationalization, API integration, and front-end optimization techniques. Additional Preferred Qualifications And Capabilities (Nice-to-have): - Experience with GraphQL integration, complex design systems, and automation of Design-to-Code lifecycles. - Exposure to 3D or immersive web experience development and contributions to open-source projects.
