Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  semantic, standards-compliant HTML and CSS

  for complex web applications.
• Convert

  Figma or similar design mockups

  into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs.
• Ensure

  cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

  using modern responsive techniques (Flexbox, Grid, media queries).
• Advocate for

  frontend best practices

  , including performance optimization and maintainable code architecture.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with backend and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
• Contribute to technical initiatives aimed at improving scalability and modernizing the tech stack.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of professional experience in frontend development.

• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3

  these are mandatory.
• Strong experience with

  responsive design frameworks

  and techniques.
• Familiarity with

  CSS methodologies

  like BEM or similar.
• Experience working with

  JavaScript frameworks

  (preferably Angular; React or Next.js is a plus).
• Solid understanding of

  performance optimization tools

  (e.g., Lighthouse, WebPageTest).
• Experience integrating with

  RESTful APIs

  and mocking endpoints.
• Proficiency with

  Git

  and version control workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and lead.
