Job Description

Responsibilities

• Partner with global client engineering teams to understand goals, challenges, and priorities. • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, solutioning, and technical discussions. • Coordinate delivery across distributed teams to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, risks, and progress. • Use modern AI tools—LLMs, agentic coding systems, intelligent IDEs, and AI development frameworks—to enhance engineering workflows. • Support integration across APIs, pipelines, cloud services, and engineering toolchains. • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders worldwide. • Mentor both client and Infosys teams in modern engineering and AI-enabled practices. • Encourage experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation

Additional Responsibilities:

Nice to Have • Experience leading multi-region engineering or transformation initiatives. • Exposure to AI-enabled engineering programs or digital engineering modernization. • Evidence of innovation—accelerators, POCs, tooling initiatives, or thought leadership.
