Senior Flavour R&d Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Flavor Developer to join our team. As a Flavor Developer, you will be responsible for creating innovative flavors for our beverage products. You will head our R&D team to develop new flavors, improve existing ones, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new and innovative flavors for food/beverage products.

2. Collaborate with the R&D team to identify flavor trends and opportunities.

3. Conduct sensory evaluations and testing of flavor prototypes.

4. Refine and optimize flavor formulas based on feedback and results.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.

6. Document flavor development processes and results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

2. Proven experience in new Product development or a related role.

3. Strong understanding of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Prepare flavor batches for commercial production.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with NPD.

2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety protocols.

3. Familiarity with food/beverage industry trends and consumer preferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
