Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fashion & Jewellery Stylist who can combine fashion aesthetics with deep jewellery knowledge. This role focuses on research-driven styling, building structured lookbooks, and helping customers make confident luxury decisions. We want someone dependable, system‑oriented, and excited to build a long‑term career with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Study client personality, lifestyle, and wedding functions to create coordinated jewellery + outfit looks.
• Research trends, celebrity inspirations, big Indian weddings, and global fashion cues.
• Develop standardized lookbooks for different face shapes, body builds, complexions, and necklines.
• Match jewellery types with sarees, lehengas, and gowns to ensure balance and comfort.
• Create simple sketches and styling mockups to support consultations.
• Work closely with customers on the floor and guide them through decision making.
• Document each case and contribute to building a reusable styling knowledge library.
• Continuously refine and enhance styling systems as the brand grows.
• Eventually mentor junior stylists and train them on using lookbooks effectively.
  

Experience & Skills

• 10–20 years of experience in fashion styling, bridal consultation, or luxury retail.
• Exposure to jewellery styling is a strong advantage (training will also be provided).
• Evidence of long‑term roles rather than frequent job changes.
• Excellent research ability and structured documentation habits.
• Strong visual sense of color, proportion, and draping.
• Ability to communicate calmly with high‑end clients and multiple influencers in a family setting.
• Open, learning‑oriented attitude toward mastering jewellery craft and technical details.
