Senior External Reporting Specialist I

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare 10-Q/10-K equivalent reports on a quarterly/annual basis. - Maintain supporting documentation for SEC reporting, including disclosure checklists. - Identify and implement process improvements for more effective data compilation and analysis. - Assist in implementing new technical standards. - Conduct in-depth financial data analysis to capture trends. - Support quarterly IFRS-related reporting and audit requirements. - Take on ad hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - U.S. CPA certification preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; Big 4 accounting experience is a plus. - Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules. - Experience with reporting systems like Hyperion, OneStream, etc. - Experience with Workiva or Active Disclosure is a plus.
