Senior Executive (Supplier Onboarding)

Role Overview: As a Sr. Executive (Supplier Onboarding) at zingbus, your role is crucial in supporting the growing network of operator partners. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth operator onboarding, daily coordination, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for daily operational concerns raised by bus Agents & Customers, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with operator teams. - Handle end-to-end operator onboarding process, including analyzing route and demand data, initiating cold calling, discussing commercials, collecting documents, and ensuring inventory is live. - Travel when necessary for onboarding, issue resolution, training, or documentation support in different regions. - Keep operator documents, agreements, and records organized, submitted, and updated in internal systems promptly. - Provide regular updates on onboarding status, open issues, and resolved cases to the internal team. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in Vendor onboarding, Operations, and Relationship Management. - Good communication skills in Hindi and English. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach. - Willingness to travel occasionally as per business requirements.
