RUHANI INDUSTRIES PVT LTD ( ALFA FURNITURE) Industrial Area, Phase -1 PANCHKULA REQUIRES SENIOR EXECUTIVE ( Male) ( HR & COMPLIANCE) Candidate should be Any Graduate with Diploma in HR & Labour Laws OR M B A IN HR having 3-4 yrs industrial experience of hiring workers, Co-ordinating in Staff Recruitment, Joining and Induction training of new employees, Attendance monitoring, payroll, PF, ESI, returns under Labour Laws as well as renewal of Factory Licences. And Liaisoning with Labour/Factories Department. Should be prepared for long-term association and willing to make career in HR and Training. Candidate should have pleasing personality, command on computer working, self driven, and learning aptitude. Salary to commensurate with experience, expertise & exposure Candidates from Chandigarh/ Panchkula ( Tricity) shall be preferred.
