Senior Executive - Record to Report (RTR)

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks, supporting various audits, assisting in group reporting activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, performing analytical reviews, and working on tax-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience in day-to-day accounting and reporting - Support in various audits such as Statutory, Internal, Global, and Operation Review - Assist in closing MIP (MIS of Bata) and preparing required schedules for month-end closing - Handle inter-company activities and preparation of aging for Creditors, Debtors, Customer Advances, etc. - Check for adherence to company policies and Chart of Accounts (COA) - Conduct variance analysis of expenses for monthly closing - Possess working knowledge of TDS, GST, and other tax laws To qualify for this role, you should have: - MBA-Finance or M.Com degree - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting - Experience in book closure and financial reporting - Working knowledge of IGAAP, IND AS, accounting practices and standards, SEBI, and IRDAI regulations As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks, supporting various audits, assisting in group reporting activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, performing analytical reviews, and working on tax-related matters.
