Job Description: As a Chemist at Piramal Pharma Solutions (PPS), you will be responsible for performing chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished products to meet dispatch timelines. Your role will involve performing analytical method developments, validations, transfers, and verifications using ICP-MS and LC-MS/MS. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing protocols, work sheets, and reports, maintaining documentation online, calibrating instruments, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of instruments in the section. Key Responsibilities: - Perform chemical and instrumentation analysis for various materials - Conduct analytical method developments, validations, transfers, and verifications - Review and maintain documentation for various processes - Allot work to chemists within the section - Calibrate instruments as per schedule - Maintain minimum stock levels for standards, chemicals, reagents, and other materials - Keep instruments clean and ensure overall housekeeping in the section - Review analytical data, calibration data, and qualification data - Monitor real-time data and review data from external laboratories - Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions for deviations - Approve/reject batches in SAP and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) - Control costs and operate within approved budget - Carry out analytical method transfers and maintain spare parts for instruments - Ensure safe working conditions and use required safety appliances - Coordinate with various departments for smooth dispatches - Provide training on GLP/GMP to employees in the section Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree Please note that Piramal Group has a commitment to equal employment opportunity based on merit, ensuring all applicants and employees receive fair treatment.
