Production Planning of blenders as per customer-wise on daily basis, follow up /Co-Ordinating with Stores team, Quality Team for getting the things done on time.
Follow-up of Printing output parallel to Production and strictly following the SOP/Production erp/SAP entry.Daily Production Plan to be achieved and Monthly target to be adhered 100% without fail, if any disputes Gap analysis detailed report to be submitted.Ensuring shop-floor safety for labor and following on 5S implementations.Generating DPR Reports, Erp/SAP Production entries at right time for smooth function.Follow up with HO Planning, Stake Holders for Daily Production plan vs dispatches. Ensure the Token, Damaged bags, Reworks, FG empty bags stocks Reconciliation.
