Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Process at Bunge, your main responsibility will be the overall management of shift production and planning in the industrial operations department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring production efficiency and maintaining safety standards within the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule production activities, ensuring material balance of oil, chemicals, and by-products. - Coordinate with commercial and purchase departments for the dispatch of co-products, by-products, and hazardous waste to support smooth operations. - Collaborate with the engineering department to implement preventive maintenance measures for enhanced productivity. - Maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and lead safety activities in the plant. - Generate charts, schedules, and documentation to support production processes. - Monitor and report on yield, quality, raw material consumption, and utility usage. - Prepare daily and monthly production reports, analyzing plant performance against targets. - Assist in troubleshooting operational and maintenance issues within multi-disciplinary teams. - Control and monitor the technical efficiency of plant operations. - Ensure shop floor discipline and resolve operational issues through effective communication with workers. - Uphold Good Housekeeping (GHK) practices in the plant to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Chemical or Oil Technology. - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in refinery operations, including physical, chemical, acid oil, fractionation, and hydrogenation processes. - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications. - Strong knowledge of PM, DCS/SCADA operations, GMP standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
