Senior Executive-Process

As a Senior Executive Process at our Krishnapatnam location in India, your role will involve taking overall responsibility for shift production and planning. You will be accountable for various key tasks including production planning and scheduling, material balance management for oil, chemicals, and by-products, as well as ensuring that variable costs are maintained within approved budget levels. In this position, you will collaborate with the commercial and purchase departments to facilitate the dispatch of co-products, by-products, and hazardous waste, ensuring the smooth operation of the plant. Additionally, you will work closely with the engineering department to implement preventive maintenance measures to enhance productivity and maintain Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). Safety activities in the plant will also be under your purview. Your responsibilities will extend to creating charts and schedules, maintaining documentation, monitoring yield, quality, raw material consumption, and utility, as well as preparing daily and monthly production reports. You will analyze plant performance against targets, identify technical issues, and assist in operational and maintenance troubleshooting. Moreover, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the technical efficiency of the plant, ensuring shop floor discipline, and addressing operational issues through effective communication and collaboration with the workers. To excel in this role, you are expected to demonstrate behavior aligned with Bunge's global strategy, foster strong relationships, influence others, and drive innovation. You should possess knowledge of SAP and MS Office skills along with expertise in refinery operations, PM, troubleshooting, DCS/SCADA operations, SAP, and GMP. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/Oil Technology with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
