Senior Executive or Associate Manager - Information Technology

Role Overview: You will be part of Shalina Healthcare, a leading privately owned pharmaceutical company in Africa with headquarters in Dubai, UAE. Your main responsibility will be to support the design and development of reports and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role requires close collaboration with business teams in Africa, India, China, and the UAE to understand requirements, develop customizations, and manage integrations with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end users and IT teams for effective use of the ERP. - Customize Business Central and LS Central using AL, C/AL, and extensions. - Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations. - Ensure system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades. - Oversee data migration strategies to Business Central/LS Central from legacy systems. - Implement best practices in coding, security, and change management. - Work closely with IT, Business, and Analytics teams to identify and implement system and process improvements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, with at least 3 years in LS Central. - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central/LS Retail) are preferred.
