Job Description

We are looking for immediately joiners.

Skills and Qualifications:

BSc Agriculture Degree: A strong foundation in agricultural science is essential.
Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in pomegranate and sweet lemon. He should manage the entire farming including purchases.
Knowledge of Pomegranate and Sweet Lemon Farming: Understanding the specific requirements of these crops, including soil, climate, and pest management.
Practical Skills: Ability to perform various farm tasks, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess crop health, identify problems, and implement solutions.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with other farmers, experts, and stakeholders.
Willingness to Learn and Adapt: The agricultural field is constantly evolving, so a willingness to learn new technologies and practices is crucial.
