Senior Executive- MIS & Costing

The role involves coordinating with all departments to prepare various monthly reports and assist in the financial planning process. You will be responsible for preparing data related to sales and costs for quick estimates and mid-month estimates, variance analysis on a monthly basis, and preparing revised budgets based on actual product mix. Additionally, you will conduct gap analysis on various variances such as Sales, Raw Material, Power, Manpower, Overheads, Selling & Distribution, and financial variances. You will be required to prepare reports on various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per management requirements and circulate monthly reports to respective departments to monitor actual costs and variances. Furthermore, you will collaborate with all departments to prepare the annual plan, including the preparation of the annual budget at a micro level, gap analysis with the previous year's actuals, budget product profitability, estimated balance sheet & ratios, and KPI reports. As part of the role, you will coordinate with all departments to prepare a mid-term plan with a 3-year horizon and submit it to the corporate office. You will also be responsible for monthly costing at the model level and providing data as required by various departments in the plant. Additionally, you will supply additional information and reports, both financial and non-financial, about the plant to the management as per their requirements.
