Senior Executive - Graphic Designer

JD : Senior Executive - Graphic Designer Position Summary thinKitchen is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of platforms including digital, print, and packaging. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to bring visual concepts to life while ensuring design consistency and timely delivery. Key Responsibility Areas • • Design & Development o Ideate, Design and produce compelling graphics for retail POS, websites, emails, packaging, brochures, presentations, social media and other marketing collateral. Ensure all visual content is aligned with the brand's identity and tone. o Cross-Functional Collaboration o Work closely with the Marketing, Online, Offline, and Product teams to understand their needs and deliver design solutions accordingly. o o Support ongoing campaigns and initiatives with timely visual assets. Maintain a well-organized repository of images, videos, and other creative assets for internal and external use. • Innovation & Consistency o Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. o Ensure consistent design standards across all platforms and materials. Reporting Structure • He or she will be reporting to Assistant Manager Creatives Qualification & Experience • Education o Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred). • Experience Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a corporate or agency (preferably with a lifestyle or product-based brand). Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple vendors efficiently. Strong photography and videography skills with a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to coordinate beyond just design including timelines, approvals, shoots, and content execution.
