Senior Executive- Graphic Design

As a Senior Executive- Graphic Design at CloudThat, you will play a crucial role in driving the creative direction across various projects, encompassing a wide range of design elements such as static visuals, carousels, GIFs, videos, brochures, eBooks, and case studies, as well as UI/UX design for websites and landing pages. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative projects in both digital and print formats, with a focus on UI/UX design. - Developing landing pages, website interfaces, and interactive elements that align with marketing objectives and brand identity. - Leading and managing a team of designers, offering guidance, feedback, and support for career development. - Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure design solutions meet business goals. - Maintaining brand consistency and enhancing the organization's visual presence across all channels. - Innovating with motion graphics, videos, GIFs, and interactive content to boost engagement. - Managing multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and exceed client expectations. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and XD. - Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design. - Motion graphics & video editing skills for digital marketing assets. - Hands-on experience in UI/UX design (landing pages, website layouts, wireframes). - Effective communication skills for presenting and defending creative ideas. - Previous experience in leading/mentoring a design team and managing multiple projects. Good to Have: - Exposure to B2B tech/IT/EdTech or cloud industry design projects. - Expertise in motion graphics and animation. - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS design constraints). - Knowledge of AI design tools and the ability to integrate AI into workflows. - Certifications in UI/UX, Multimedia Design, or Digital Design tools.
