Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve Debt Management Services targets of the respective branch assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets. Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and in-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Target achievement monitoring.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of collection activities.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collection targets through customer and agency visits.

Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines relevant to debt collection and repossession.

Skill in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience in reporting collection activities and performance.

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Familiarity with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Strategic thinking for improving collection rates.

Experience in portfolio management and debt collection strategies.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Leadership abilities to manage teams and vendors.

Excellent coordination skills with internal and external clients.
