Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Co-ordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets through customer/agency visits.

Proven ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.

Familiarity with legal guidelines related to product repossession.

Strong record-keeping skills for customer interactions and transactions.

Ability to generate regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Experience in handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.

Knowledge of daily risk report (DRR) management.

Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection rates.

Case management and resolution within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management expertise.

Understanding of debt collection strategies and regulatory compliance.

Analytical skills for reporting and risk management.

Leadership abilities with experience in team oversight.

Vendor management experience.

Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
