Senior Executive - Contract Manufacturing

As a 2P/3P Operation Contract Manufacturing specialist in the Contract Manufacturing team at Bunge, your primary responsibility is to ensure Food Safety, Quality Compliance, and timely Production of Bunge Products at the 2P/3P sourcing unit. Your focus should be on maintaining product consistency as per Bunge requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with 2P units and stakeholders to execute production and dispatch as per plan. - Identify challenges in meeting monthly production plans and take corrective actions promptly. - Communicate tentative raw material requirements to suppliers for timely arrangements. - Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement team for rate cards and necessary purchases. - Ensure timely delivery of packaging materials and raw materials in units. - Plan production in 3P units based on dispatch requirements and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch. - Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet Bunge and legal specifications. - Oversee filling machines, maintain log sheets, and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out. - Provide necessary training to unit personnel to improve production standards, QA, and food safety. - Generate standard MIS reports on production, dispatch, and stock details. - Build relationships with 2P unit management and provide necessary training to ensure compliance with Bunge standards. - Handle quality complaints, provide necessary training, and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Oil Technologist with 2-3 years of experience in the edible oil field. - Sound knowledge of oils, processing techniques, quality checks, and statutory requirements. - Leadership and coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Proficiency in computer skills for generating reports and communication. - Willingness to travel as needed for market visits and customer interactions.
