Senior Executive-Business Development

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive-Business Development at SATRA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining all records of business development documents and information. Your responsibilities will include updating tender and opportunities database, assisting in MIS reporting to management, archiving and extracting BD database, and tracking procurement notices. Your contribution in preparing EOIs and proposals, as well as following up with internal stakeholders on documentation, will be essential in the success of the business development function. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain all records of business development documents and information such as technical proposals, financials, contract agreements, certificates, MoUs, etc. - Ensure timely update of tender and opportunities database. - Assist in MIS reporting to management. - Archive and extract BD database and all related information. - Keep track of evaluation results and lessons learned. - Aid in tracking procurement notices both national and international. - Assist in preparation of EOIs and proposals. - Follow up with internal stakeholders on all required documentation for archiving. Qualifications Required: - Preferably B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Proficiency in proposal preparation and tender identifications.
