Senior Executive - BD & Facilities

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring new locations are signed within the target distances provided and handling facility management for the same. Your role will involve scouting properties, analyzing rentals, screening property documents, and liaising with real estate agents to source properties that meet the technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to lat longs and scout properties with all technical aspects covered - Liaise with real estate agents to source properties - Analyze rentals in the area and ensure sourced properties meet market rates - Screen property documents and propose suitable properties - Conduct initial checks on paperwork before sending it to the legal team for due diligence - Respond promptly to queries from the legal team and provide additional documents as needed - Register all agreements within 15 days of signing - Maintain a database of licenses required for kitchens and follow up with landlords for necessary documents - Review lease deed agreements and ensure all details are captured before signing - Coordinate between landlords and Projects team for smooth construction process - Conduct regular meetings with landlords to maintain a healthy working relationship - Assist the facility team in sourcing and approving vendors for facilities - Visit kitchens regularly to check asset handling and property management - Ensure project team completes landlord scope of works within agreed timelines - Support maintenance in addressing issues related to running kitchens Qualification Required: - Any Graduate - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate acquisition and leasing roles - Understanding of real estate in the assigned city - Knowledge of marketing trends in real estate - Contacts and connections with property developers/mall developers - Knowledge of local applicable rules & regulations - Familiarity with property-related documents and licenses - Ability to present case studies for acceptance/rejection of properties,
